Jordan is a lifelong resident of Napoleon, Ohio, where he lives with his wife, Kelsey, and their four children — Luke, Emery, Mavery, and Otto. A follower of Christ, Jordan is actively involved at Napoleon Church of the Nazarene, where he serves in multiple roles and values the opportunity to invest in others through faith and service.
Jordan’s love for community runs deep. Over the years, he has dedicated time and leadership to several local organizations, including serving as former President and Campaign Chair of the United Way of Henry County, as well as a board member of the Henry County Hospital Foundation. Whether through service, education, or financial guidance, Jordan is passionate about helping people thrive and building lasting strength in the community he calls home.
Jordan graduated from Napoleon High School in 2011 and earned his degree in Bioengineering from the University of Toledo. He began his professional career as an engineer in a Leadership Rotation Program, where he gained valuable experience in problem-solving, planning, and long-term strategy. Yet during that time, he recognized a gap in his own understanding of financial planning, investment strategies, and what it truly takes to create independence for a family’s future. That realization became the spark that redirected his career.
In 2019, Jordan entered the financial services industry, earned his licenses as an Investment Advisor Representative, and joined Northwest Capital Financial Group. Equipped with that training and driven by a desire to provide personalized financial guidance, Jordan took the next step by building his own book of business and launching FISH Financial — a practice rooted in relationships, service, and long-term financial education.
Eventually, Jordan brought FISH Financial back to his original team at what is now known as Claridence Wealth, strengthening the firm’s shared vision and commitment to clients. Throughout his career, Jordan has been guided by four core values: faith, integrity, stewardship, and hope. These principles shape the way he leads, advises, and serves — emphasizing honesty, responsibility, and a belief that wise financial planning can create confidence and possibility for the future.
Jordan’s passion for his clients, dedication to financial education, and commitment to the mission of Claridence Wealth ultimately led him to take a major step forward: in 2026, Jordan purchased Claridence Wealth and became the firm’s second President. Today, he is honored to continue building a trusted, community-focused financial practice — helping individuals and families at every stage of life clarify their goals, plan with purpose, and pursue long-term success with confidence.
